Job description:
International Quick Service Group d.o.o. is looking for a Coordinator of quality control teams working in the production facilities of companies from the automotive industry.

Basic responsibilities:

📝 leading, organizing and managing existing teams of quality controllers at assigned locations
📝 participation in the formation of new teams of quality controllers, in new locations
📝 direct communication with customer representatives at assigned locations
📝 responsibility for the correct execution of orders, in accordance with company principles and customer requirements
📝 training and supervision of new quality controllers, evaluation of their work
📝 regular reporting to the company’s management about its work and current situations at customer locations

Conditions:
✅ minimum high school diploma, university degree preferred
✅ desirable experience in the automotive industry
✅ desirable experience in leading a team
✅ computer skills (MS Office package)
✅ good knowledge of the English language
✅ category “B” driver’s license (active driver)
✅ ability to work in stressful circumstances
